Please note: Clients do not book travel directly through our website. All inquiries are initiated via our consultation form, followed by personalized planning and coordination.
2. Payments & Fees
A full payment is required upfront for our planning services.
Trip-related costs (e.g., hotels, activities, transportation) are paid separately, based on third-party provider terms.
Payments are accepted via Stripe or bank transfer.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
All planning fees are non-refundable, including in cases of trip cancellations. This is due to the significant time and resources required to research, plan, and manage your itinerary.
Please understand:
Travel advisors earn commission only when travel is completed.
Additional work is required to manage cancellations, even if travel does not occur.
We appreciate your understanding and support of the work that goes into crafting your experience.
4. Third-Party Providers
Lo & Co Global Getaways acts as an intermediary between you and third-party vendors such as hotels, tour operators, and transportation services.
We do not own or operate these services and are not responsible for:
Delays, changes, or cancellations by providers
Service quality or delivery issues
Injuries, losses, or damages incurred during travel
All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual service providers.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect their investment in case of cancellations, medical emergencies, or unexpected disruptions.

We do not require account creation to use our services.
