Hi! I’m Lauren — originally from the suburbs of Los Angeles, now soaking up the sunshine in San Diego, California. I've also been lucky enough to live in Spain, Costa Rica and Newport Beach.
Growing up, family trips meant visiting relatives in Buffalo, NY, camping or the occasional cruise to Mexico but my true love for travel came from my time I spent living & studying abroad in Granada, Spain. While there, I was fortunate enough to travel to France, Morocco and Portugal, and from that point on, the travel bug hit hard.
Post-graduation I went on to work for a conservation non-profit in Costa Rica, as a camp counselor in Croatia and as an English teacher in Poland… just to name a few. Upon my return back to the states, I started planning trips for my friends and family out of a love for logistics and wanting others to experience the same spark that I have abroad.
These days, my weekends are usually spent outside with my husband and daughter (I was a Division 1 athlete in college, but now I’m all about a good hike or walk). I’m also big on Pilates (MWH fans, IYKYK), quality time with friends, and of course — traveling, both for fun and for work.
