Every trip is unique, so we don’t offer one-size-fits-all pricing. After our discovery call, you’ll receive a personalized quote based on the level of planning and support needed. If you already have a specific hotel in mind, we can book that for free.

How much do your services cost?

Because travel advisors earn a portion of their income through commissions paid by hotels. Planning fees only apply to services that don’t offer commission — like creating custom itineraries or booking experiences that fall outside of our commissionable partners.

Why are hotel bookings free of charge?

Possibly! Feel free to email lauren.kessler@fora.travel with your hotel details and we can look into doing a “takeover booking.” That means I’ll be added as the agent on the reservation and you’ll receive all the perks — at no extra cost to you. Just added benefits, no downside — a total win-win!

Can I still get perks if I’ve already booked my hotel?

We only book business class flights however if you need guidance for economy or economy plus flights we can do the research and provide flight options for an extra charge. 

Do you book flights?

Yes! We make restaurant reservations for our clients that select our top tier full itinerary booking. If you would like an insider list of the top restaurants, we can send a list for an extra charge.

Clients usually get in touch 6–9 months before their trip, which gives us plenty of time to plan something special. If your timeline is tighter, we’ll still do our best to accommodate you—but the earlier you reach out, the better the chances we can fit you into our schedule.

How far in advance should I reach out to plan my trip?

We do not offer payment plans at this time. We do not start planning the trip until the payment has been received. 

Do you offer payment plans for the planning fee?

Please note that planning fees are non-refundable in the event of a trip cancellation. A significant amount of time and effort goes into researching, planning, and booking your trip — and if the trip is cancelled, additional work is required to manage the cancellations.

Additionally, in the case of a cancellation, travel advisors do not receive commission, which is typically earned only when travel is completed. Thank you for understanding and valuing the time and care that goes into every itinerary.
